I use this recipe over and over!!! Similar to Panang Curry Sauce.
My shorthand:
Coconut Milk - 1 Can
Peanut Butter - 1/4 Cup - Natural - Unsweetened
Maple Syrup (instead of br. sugar)- 2 Tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Curry Powder - 1.5 Tsp
Salt - To Taste
