1 tablespoon juice (1 lemon)
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 c. sour cream
3/8 teaspoon table salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves or dill (but if you use dried mint or dried dill, reduce the amount to 1/2 teaspoon.)
 1/2 medium cucumber
