Casserole Formula

Casserole Formula:
  • 2 cups of tomato/ white sauce /soup
  • 2 cups of pasta, rice or potatoes, cooked
  • 1 lb. of meat browned (or 2 cups of beans)
  • 1 cup of veggies, frozen or fresh, diced
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (or any other spices)

Mix all of the above.  Put into a greased 9x13 casserole dish at 350F for 30 mins.

To make Thick white sauce : 1 T. oil, 3 T. Potatoe flour. 2 c. milk. (*~*~*~*~*Added 2 t. coarse salt. 

Example~*~*~*~*~*~*For chicken, bokchoy, rice combo, added 1/2 t. paprika. Used chicken broth instead of milk.  Can use juice.
