Grandma's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Grandma's Spinach Artichoke Dip

20 oz frozen chopped spinach-thawed and drained,
2 t cumin,
2 t chili powder
1 t garlic powder
2 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2 10 oz cans Rotel tomatoes

 2 cups grated Monterrey cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Oven at 250 till bubbles, browns, melts. About 30 min? Serve with chips, celery, veggies.
