GAPS To -Go Snacks


 GAPS Diet Journey has a list for travel that is great.

Have already approved:


Frozen:

banana
"  chocolate dipped

  • peanut butter
  • apples cut up
  • carrot and celery sticks
  • (the above) dipped in peanut butter (or almond or any nut butter)
  • hard boiled eggs
  • Liver pate
  • Properly soaked nuts


To Try:
Beef jerky
Brownies 
 Chocolate
 Trail mix
Mix Chocolate, Peanut butter & trailmix crumbs into balls (T)
Nut balls



 If I can have this list on hand always, Husband will be happy. :)
