Steaming Spaghetti Squash

I first baked it, but then remembered that I should try not using my oven in the summer. So, steaming:

  • Part the spaghetti squash lengthwise.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Split it in half once again.
  • Place the spaghetti squash in the steamer with its skin side up.
  • Steam the spaghetti squash for about 20 minutes.
  • Use a fork to see if it’s done...the rind should break and collapse easily.
Serve with meat sauce! Great replacement.  We love it!
