Increased butter, decreased soda and salt for next try.
- 3 1/2 cup unsalted butter - softened
- 1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 2/3 cup packed) brown sugar -
- 10 Egg whites - room temperature - about 60 g
- 5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- (8 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
- Raisins/nuts?
