ATK Brussel Sprouts, Roasted

 Servings: 6-8
2 1/4 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon water
Salt and pepper

 1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle 500 degrees. Toss sprouts, oil, water, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in large bowl until sprouts.

sprouts to baking sheet and arrange so cut sides are facing down.
10 Minutes covered by another baking pan. 10-12 minutes uncovered.
